We, at the Residencia del Paseo, are dedicated to creating for you an unforgettable vacation, that is why your comfort is of the utmost for us. Our two story buildings with 40 apartments have been designed in a traditional and original architecture with black wood tree, roofs of Creole thatch and walls skated in natural pigments that remind the legendary Dominican warmth. Harmoniously distributed around magnificent gardens and a vast swimming pool, all our apartments are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.
